The White Ribbon Alliance (WRA) is an international coalition of organisations and individuals spanning nearly 100 countries. Active from grassroots to government level, WRA works to save the lives of pregnant women and newborns around the world. The white ribbon is dedicated to the memory of all women who have died in pregnancy and childbirth. In some cultures, white symbolises mourning and in others it stands for Hope (appropriate for HFGK). The WRA not only works to sustain hope for all women, but also honours those who did not survive pregnancy or childbirth. Find Out More Here.
